Terms for workspaces, briefs, and billing.
These terms govern access to owlyvision.com, owly.vision, app.owlyvision.com, and related OwlyVision product surfaces. They are written to match the current product reality: self-serve workspace creation, live billing, Product Briefs before build, and Launch Reports before launch.

1. Service scope
OwlyVision is a browser-based software product for founders, builders, product teams, and consultants. It accepts public website URLs and generates structured Product Briefs, Launch Reports, workspace history, share links, exports, and related workflow data. OwlyVision is not sold as a guarantee of commercial outcome, and it is not a substitute for legal, financial, or professional advice.
2. Accounts and workspace access
Access to the app is controlled through workspace-level credentials or access codes issued by OwlyVision. You are responsible for safeguarding those credentials and for activity that takes place through your workspace. Do not share workspace access outside the team or client context you intend to authorize.
3. Buying routes
OwlyVision currently supports monthly Product Brief workspaces, one-off Product Brief purchases, and one-off Launch Reports from owly.vision. Creating a workspace or receiving an access code does not by itself create a paid subscription. Billing starts only when the related Stripe checkout is completed.
4. Subscriptions, renewals, and cancellation
Monthly plans renew automatically until cancelled. If a billing portal is available for your workspace, cancellation is handled there. If not, cancellation can be requested through support@owlyvision.com. Cancellation stops the next renewal and keeps the workspace active through the end of the current paid period unless OwlyVision confirms a different commercial arrangement in writing.
5. One-off Product Briefs, Launch Reports, and refunds
One-off Product Briefs are generated on demand from the public URL you submit. Paid Launch Reports are normally delivered to the workspace and purchaser email within 24 hours. If OwlyVision fails to produce a valid Product Brief or cannot complete a paid Launch Report because of an OwlyVision-side processing error, the charge is not kept and the credit is returned, reversed, reissued, or refunded. If valid output is generated from the submitted public URL, the purchase is generally non-refundable simply because the underlying site is thin, sparse, commercially weak, or no longer needed after review work has started.
6. Acceptable use
- Submit only websites and materials you are legally allowed to analyze in this way.
- Do not use OwlyVision to attack, overload, scrape, probe, or abuse third-party systems.
- Do not submit private dashboards, password-protected systems, secrets, or confidential client files unless a separate private workflow is explicitly provided.
- Do not resell access codes or expose a paid workspace as an open public tool.
7. Inputs, outputs, and your responsibility
You are responsible for the URLs, account information, and other materials you submit. Generated briefs and Launch Reports are product outputs intended to help your team think faster and scope a product, page, or offer more clearly. You remain responsible for verifying output before using it in sales, client, or strategic decisions.
8. Availability and product changes
OwlyVision may change features, plans, quotas, model routing, or operational procedures as the product evolves. The service may also be paused for maintenance, abuse prevention, incident response, or infrastructure changes. OwlyVision will try to avoid unnecessary disruption, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.
9. Liability and limitations
To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, OwlyVision is provided on an as-available basis. OwlyVision is not liable for indirect, consequential, special, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service. If OwlyVision is found liable for a direct claim, that liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service period or one-off purchase that directly gave rise to the claim.

Use of OwlyVision is also governed by the Privacy page. For support, billing, cancellation, security, or commercial questions, contact support@owlyvision.com. These terms are intended to be governed by Dutch law unless mandatory local law applies. If you need invoicing or entity details before purchase, request them before the workspace is activated.
