Privacy

Privacy overview.

This page is a practical privacy overview for website visitors, workspace users, and shared brief recipients using OwlyVision.

Data controller

OwlyVision is operated from Groningen, Netherlands. Public business details: KvK 99821567 and VAT ID NL005412650B11. For privacy, access, deletion, correction, or export requests, contact support@owlyvision.com with the workspace or account details needed to identify the relevant data.

What OwlyVision processes

OwlyVision processes website URLs submitted by users, generated brief content, account details entered during sign-up, share-link activity, and operational metadata needed to run the product.

What briefs are based on

Briefs are generated from public website content and product workflow data. Do not submit private dashboards, password-protected client systems, secrets, or confidential documents unless a dedicated private workflow is explicitly provided.

Legal basis

OwlyVision processes data to provide the product you request, to secure and operate the service, to communicate about billing and support, and to satisfy accounting or other legal obligations attached to paid service delivery.

Share links

Share links are intended for controlled review of a generated brief. Anyone with a valid share link may be able to view that brief until the link expires or is revoked.

Retention

Sign-up details are kept while OwlyVision creates the workspace and completes billing setup. Generated briefs, workspace metadata, and billing records are retained while the workspace is active and for a reasonable operational or legal period afterward, unless a longer period is required by law.

Analytics and cookies

OwlyVision uses first-party attribution data, such as UTM parameters, referrer, and submitted form context, to understand which page or campaign led to a request. Optional Google Tag Manager/GA4 analytics only load after analytics consent. You can choose essential-only mode and still use the forms, checkout, and workspace access. Stripe handles payment checkout, and Cloudflare Turnstile may be used for anti-abuse checks.

Sub-processors and infrastructure

OwlyVision currently relies on third-party providers for payment processing, runtime hosting, database hosting, static hosting, and model execution. That can include Stripe for billing, Google Cloud Run for app runtime hosting, Neon for managed Postgres database hosting, Hostinger for public static hosting, and selected model providers or adapters used to generate briefs from submitted public URLs.

Support contact

For privacy, deletion, export, or correction requests, contact support@owlyvision.com. Include the workspace or account details needed to identify the relevant data, but do not send client secrets or confidential material by email.
