Method
The runtime captures public page content and extracts headings, calls to action, proof cues, links, forms, and visible structure. Paid artifacts are human-reviewed before delivery. When the runtime uses deterministic analysis, OwlyVision says so instead of presenting it as autonomous AI judgment.
Sample artifacts
Use the public Product Brief sample and Launch Check examples to judge the format before buying. Samples are meant to show structure and level of specificity, not guaranteed outcomes.
Scope limits
OwlyVision reviews public pages and submitted context. It does not inspect private analytics, paid ad accounts, customer databases, source code, or private messages. It is not legal, financial, accessibility-certification, security-audit, or guaranteed ROI advice.
Refunds and reissues
If OwlyVision cannot complete a paid report for the submitted public URL, the paid report can be refunded. If the wrong URL was reviewed or there is an obvious capture failure, request a reissue from support@owlyvision.com with the workspace or checkout reference.
Data handling
OwlyVision stores submitted URLs, email addresses, optional context, workspace/report state, billing references, and compact conversion events needed to operate the service. Public event logs avoid raw emails, tokens, cookies, and full private query strings.
Security posture
Public capture is restricted to public hostnames and avoids private-network targets. Public forms use rate limits and can require Turnstile. Workspace access is token-protected. Stripe handles card collection; OwlyVision does not store card numbers.
Provider boundary
The default public analysis path is deterministic plus human review unless a configured provider is explicitly active. If an AI provider is used, the provider may process public page excerpts and submitted context needed for the report. Do not submit secrets or private customer data.
Contact
Questions about scope, billing, data, reissues, or a report should go to support@owlyvision.com. Include the submitted URL and checkout or workspace reference, but do not send passwords, private tokens, or customer records.
