Support

Include the brief URL, account email, and a short description of what happened. Avoid sending passwords, API keys, or private client credentials by email.

Billing and cancellation

For active paid workspaces, billing changes are handled through the in-app billing route when available or directly through support. Billing does not start when the workspace is created; it starts only after Stripe checkout is completed.

Sales and partnerships

If you want to test OwlyVision across a live product, launch, or client process, mention the workflow and the kind of pages or competitors you want to review.

Security and data requests

For privacy, deletion, export, or security-related requests, include enough account detail to identify the workspace, but do not include sensitive client data unless requested through a secure channel.
